Resolution:

The Associa Equity Management & Realty Services community manager amended the community management report to facilitate shorter, more organized, and efficient meetings as the board moved through violations and hearings. By creating a more organized system, the board was able to reduce meeting time and quickly and easily reference documentation as needed
